Ease of use
Generating electronic surveys with QGen is easy.
Two user interfaces (one for generating the questionnaires,
one for evaluating the answers) guide you step
by step through the process.

A.
Starting Page
You
start a project with an introductory page (e.g.
welcoming participants, declaring goals, rules
etc.) where you may also include your company
logo or a graphic relating to the subject presented,
define color scheme and typeset, as well as up
to three language versions, etc.
FEATURE:
Access to the starting page may be granted
with a password, if so desired.

Participant's Data
Follow
up with a page to identify participants. In
addition to the usual personal data you may also
include up to five additional specifications (groups)
such as gender, education, special experience
areas etc., which you may use to further identify
participants.
FEATURE:
Surveys may also be conducted anonymously.

Questions: Multiple Choice
Select
a type of question (there are 6 types) and enter
your text. You may define one or more correct
answers.
FEATURE:
Multiple choice type questions may also
be used to determine trends, i.e. the statement
of the question may be a) always true,
b) mostly true, c) rarely true,
d) never true.

Questions: Multiple Choice with Comment
You
may add comments or explanations to all types
of questions.
FEATURE:
Text field size (layout) may be adjusted
according to content.

Questions: Selection
Now
choose a different type of question (e. g. "selection")
and enter the text. Questions may be subdivided
by offering several answers under one component
(drop-down menu).

Questions
may allow for feedback by the participants.

may be answered with a ruler (e. g. with percentage

You may define the questions to be in a
random sequence,
limit the time to answer or allow for the answers
to be copied onto a clipboard (and for the participants

allowing for a more individual analysis of the
subjects surveyed.
