Evaluation
QRes offers various possibilities when evaluating
surveys. Answers may be evaluated as a whole,
e.g. for statistical purposes, or according to
certain group specifications, both as a table
or as a graphic rendering, and/or the scores of
individual participants may be determined and
printed. QRes makes for easy data processing and
considerably reduces time-to-publish for reports,
test results or statistics.
A. Assigning the Collected Data
Every time a questionnaire is completed, QGen
generates an "answer" file which is
sent to a predetermined address (e.g. your office).
QRes in turn recognises and identifies each file,
when read into a project. Here you determine,
which answer files are to be read into a project.

B.
Reading the Answer Files
Answer
files are automatically assigned to the according
projects, thereby preventing multiple reading
of files into one project. QRes keeps a tab on
all files received. If an answer file is not recognised
by the system, QRes automatically opens a new
project.
FEATURE:
QRes is fast - within one minute, hundreds
of files entered into a project can be interpreted
by the system.

C.
Evaluation
All
types of questions are evaluated together (tests/opinion
polls/surveys), with averages calculated individually
by type of question. The tables contain relevant
data like minimum/maximum and significance.
FEATURE:
QRes features the option of selecting group
mode when evaluating (e.g. by gender, age, region
etc.) or selecting individual mode (e.g. with
tests).

Evaluation
Each
question may be displayed as a graphic when clicked
at within the above table (C. Evaluation), hence
visualizing the distribution of answers.

Quantitative results may also be displayed
in percentages.

results of question pairs are displayed in a self-descriptive
graphic according to "exspectation"
und "compliance".

Descriptions
(tags) and parameters may be interactively changed.

The protocol may be used as a participants
certificate of completion.
